hound1
I have received two telephone calls from new customers that were able to create new accounts on DirectCalendars.com but when they try and search the web site or order they are directed back to the home page, where they are referred to as "welcome guest". Both of the customers use AOL 7.0 and 9.0. They also had MSIE installed and it worked ok when I asked them to ordering. Any suggestions? Thanks, David. Noobish-n-stuff
check your "Sessions" in your admin panel. AOL doesn't like a lot of the stuff on that page. basically, i've found that setting everything except the last two works ok. *AOL hates cookies*

Noobish-n-stuff
sorry, i mistyped before, the last two should be true, the rest should be false! what i ment to type before was "i've found that setting everything (to false) except the last two works ok." sorry for the confusion...
