Customers being 'logged out' accidentally?

Recommended Posts

I have a customer who was using a Mac computer to browse my site. She was logged into her account and adding things to her basket, but she kept having to re-log in and then her cart would be empty.

I apologize if this has been covered somewhere else, but I couldn't find anything relevant in my search. Does anyone know why this might be happening, and if it could be a problem on her end because she is using a Mac computer? I have had several other orders being placed without problem in the past few days, and I also did a test order myself.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Christy

It's possible it may be a cookie problem, not sure

in your includes/configure.php

do you have

define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', '.fussybutt.com');

if you do then it might be the sessions aren't set right in your or your hosts php.ini file, other then that, I don't know.

Best Regards
