With a full cart, I tell it to check out, and it tells me to log in. I do so, and it tells me I have no items in my cart (and thus cannot check out.) Where is the code that merges the cart? I haven't even submitted anything, it just says there are 0 items in my cart. My test setup didn't do this; heck, the store didn't do this 3 days ago.
