Guest Posted December 8, 2003 Posted December 8, 2003 Hello, I am troubleshooting an osCommerce installation, someone else had programmed, installed the discount coupon voucher onto. I am able to process an order, the system goes all the way through, catalog is setup properly for downloading after purchase. The part i do not understand, is if I need to change something somewhere to make an order not pending in the administration section, to enable the customer to download the file from the server. The screen after submission of CC info, goes to confirmation and then states order will ship in 2 - 5 days, even though the item is flagged for download. Any ideas would be appreciated. There are no errors in the server error-log.

Guest Posted December 16, 2003 Posted December 16, 2003 does your store consist of virtual products only? or do you ship? if you ship via any other method, that is the problem. disable all shipping and then purchase a product, see what gives. I am assuming that you have the order status flag set to delivered and not pending or processing.
uche40 Posted December 18, 2003 Posted December 18, 2003 yes i do have products that i shipp too. anyway i disabled all shiping modules and placed an order and it would not go on to the checkout page. and yes i do have the default set to "delivered". have any suggestions?
Guest Posted December 18, 2003 Posted December 18, 2003 Mine is now working, when the authorization comes thru from the CC processing and the address and zip match, it will allow a download. If they dont, then I have to make a change in the order status.

Guest Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 files go into the download folder. once the credit card authorization process tested positively and you have the order status set properly, the files will download.
