At the moment I guess that you only have eg (httpdocs folder) that?s why the page is going blank, because there isn't a https://www.e-gadgets.cjb.net/oscommerce2/create_account.php folder Website use SSL (secure socket layer) to secure the important data, credit card numbers, addresses etc You need to decide if you are serious about opening a store. If you are then I suggest that you'll need to ask your host for SSL which gives users and customers of your website confidence and trust by providing a secure connection between you and them. You will also need a certificate which can be obtained fairly cheaply these days SSL Certificates If your not serious then ask them to change the configure files to NON SSL which will solve your problem Dave :)
