Parse error. Nothing changed

I am getting this error on my index page. My host dumped all my sites and I am re-uploading them. I am having a problem with premierepremiums.net. I uploaded all the files and the database, no changes.

Have you taken a look at that file, around the line number given? Parse errors are most often due to un-escaped single quotes. Un-escaped single quotes are often due to a typo or due to using the file manager within the osC administration functions. Apparently, it is a bad idea to use the file manager for uploading files osC php files, use FTP instead.
