Guest
If you are using a hosting company install script, then you must ask them for support. The osCommerce browser installation is recommended - Wiki - Installation Matti

GraphicsGuy
yeyo, OSC and Frontpage don't get along very well. Frontpage support should be turned off through your web hosting control panel. If that capability isn't provided, then you should contact your webhost and have them disable the Frontpage Extensions for the site that OSC is being installed in. Then delete the catalog folder and all of it's contents to completely get rid of all of the Frontpage leftovers. Then run the install again. NOTE: If you are using Frontpage to administer pages that are already live or must coexist with your shopping cart, I strongly recommend doing a search in this forum on the keyword "Frontpage" and then make some critical decisions. Rule #1: Without exception, backup your database and files before making any changes to your files or database. Rule #2: Make sure there are no exceptions to Rule #1.
