Automatically setting products inactive

I have searched the posts and found alot of people with the opposite of my problem. And if I read right this is fixed in 2.2 but can't upgrade until after the holidays.

 

I run a bookstore that buys closeout books by the pallet. We never know exactly what we are getting or what quanity of each item until it arrives. Because it is a mixed pallet we often get 1 of several titles. Once these titles have sold I would like OSC to automatically set them as inactive. We don't need the option of back-orders because we can't guarantee if we will ever get that title again. We have 200 titles per pallet so the manual adjustment is getting to be more than we can handle. But we would like to keep the book info in OSC in case get more in the future to speed up data entry.

 

 

OSC 2.0 or 2.1 (can't remember to early in the morning :blink: )

Here are my current settings

Check stock level true

Subtract stock true

Allow Checkout false

Mark product out of stock ***Out of Stock

Stock Re-order level 0
