Shipping module files missing?

Can anyone help me here please.

 

I have installed OSCommerce V2.2 MS2

 

Everything is running smoothly, escept for the shipping module.

 

When I go to the shipping page in the admin module I get this error

 

Warning: Failed opening '/home/u097207/shop.dirty-david.com/catalog/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/address_book_details.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/var/lib/php') in /home/u097207/shop.dirty-david.com/catalog/admin/modules.php on line 128

 

I reinstalled the application to another server and got the same error.

 

Feel free to view the files, its not protected yet. at admin pages

 

I looked back through the previous articles on shipping, but after the first 50 article I gave up!

 

Is there a file missing from the download I used? Downloaded 19th November 2003.

 

Any help or pointers gratefully recieved.
