peter-toronto
Hi there: I am still getting following warning even after setting only the "READ" permission to \include\configure.php file. Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /services/webpages/e/i/eiss.ca/public/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file. I am confused, what to do next. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. regards, Peter-Toronto --------------- peter-toronto

marco_lbc
i have the same problem, i CHMOD to 644 but problem still persists? any ideas?
marco_lbc
I found this in the installation documentation: Reset the permissions on /catalog/includes/configure.php to 644 (if you are still getting the warning message at the top set configure.php to 444 which is read only - this happens on some servers that have been updated for security reasons). Setting configure.php to 444 worked for me, try that. :)
