Redefine Posted December 5, 2003 Share Posted December 5, 2003 Hello Our shop is new and although we get an email generated from WorldPay about the customer and value of order we do not get an email generated from OS about what the customer actually bought etc? thiswaynow Posted December 8, 2003 Share Posted December 8, 2003 Is the order being generated by your site at all? For example, does the order appear in your admin area? If not, the Worldpay callback is not working correctly. Have you tried running test orders (ie - in test mode), to see if this is the case?
