TracyJane Posted December 5, 2003 Share Posted December 5, 2003 Hello I am having problems linking to the Credit Card - Protx Form that I have uploaded. I have added in all the information (username, passwords) that I need, but when I am in the store, you can see the form but no button to click on as you do with standard credit card. I have been given an address for the form for my client, but don't know if I need to use this, or where it should go. Protx couldn't help me. Not sure if this is your issue, but try a transaction with a country that is not in a zone and see if it start working.
