Unused Images ???

I'm just finishing up my first install and modifications to 2.2 MS2 and there seems to be a number of buttons and other images that don't get used anywhere. At least, I can't seem to find where they get used:

button_remove_notifications.gif

button_shipping_options.gif

button_edit_account.gif

button_address_book.gif

 

table_background_checkout.gif

table_background_list.gif

table_background_reviews.gif

 

Are these just left over from some previous version, or are they hiding somewhere on some obscure hidden page?
