Tuan Le Posted May 7, 2004 Posted May 7, 2004 it's auth*.net problem not yours.... happens to me alot aswell... not to worry So what is the fix?
Guest Posted June 14, 2004 Posted June 14, 2004 osCommerce takes more than 10 seconds to respond to Authorize.net during checkout on many occasions, which causes Authorize.net to mark it as a time out. I am still looking for how to fix this...
chrislundberg Posted June 14, 2004 Posted June 14, 2004 Sugestion: Turn off the option to give customer receipt from authorize.net since your system already provides a receipt email on its own.
Tuan Le Posted July 6, 2004 Posted July 6, 2004 When you guys run into the timed-out problem, is that specific transaction listed in under the "Unsettled Transactions" log of your Authorize.net account? Thanks -Tuan
