Troble with registration

When I trying to create new account in my osCommerce 2.2-MS2, I see following error message

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in x:\home\localhost\www\catalog\includes\functions\general.php on line 970

This message I saw first time after making "flase" display state in the customers account.

I don't need to display state in my customers account.

 

I don't make any changes in source code.

 

PLEASE HELP!!!!
