International shipping rates setup

We have the following shipping schedule and I am trying to figure out how to setup the internation shipping, not sure how to setup the settings in oscommerce. Any help woudl be appreciated.

 

Domestic Shipping Fees

(includes: all 50 states, APO/FPO, PR, USVI, Guam, US Protectorates)

 

Order Total Shipping Fee

up to $6.99 $1.95

between $7 and $14.99 $2.95

between $15 and $29.99 $4.95

between $30 and $59.99 $5.95

$60 and up Free Shipping!

 

Canadian Shipping Fees

The following fees apply for orders shipped to Canada.

 

Order Total Shipping Fee

up to $6.99 $1.95

between $7 and $14.99 $3.95

between $15 and $29.99 $5.95

between $30 and $59.99 $8.95

$60 and up Free Shipping!

 

International Shipping Fees

The following fees apply for orders shipped internationaly.

up to $6.99 $5.95

between $7 and $14.99 $7.95

between $15 and $29.99 $9.95

$80 and up Free Shipping!

 

 

In addition, we want to add UPS overnight charges and ground based on total.
