PBTp Posted December 3, 2003 Share Posted December 3, 2003 I currently have an OSC site version 2.2-CVS on php3/Mysql. I'm going to be upgrading servers from PHP3 to php4.3.3. Docs and searches seem to indicate that 2.2-CVS works fine under PHP4, but is that still true for the newer php4.3.3 w/ the default reg_globals variable opposite of php3/4.1? Will I have any trouble upgrading OSC 2.2-CVS to OSC 2.2-MS2 once the server is upgraded? Is it a straight forward (cough, cough), GUI type upgrade, or will manual or serious DB work be required? I'm very web-oriented, just can't find a clear cut answer on the site that addresses php4.3 with register_globals off/on. -Rich Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
