lostxpinoy Posted December 3, 2003 Posted December 3, 2003 Hey everybody, I have no idea how this happened, but when I go to certain parts of my site all I get is a blank, white page. It happens when I click on the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" buttons. I can't even log on to an account! At first I thought it was a problem with a the last contribution I installed which was Sale Maker so I took it out completely. The problem remains, so I removed the contribution before that it which was a News Box, and the problem is still staring me in the face. This is horrible with the X-Mas season upon us. Does anybody have any idea what could've caused it? Here is the URL: Anime-Trix and check it out for yourself. Any help is greatly, greatly appreciated!!!
Guest Posted December 3, 2003 Posted December 3, 2003 Looks like the problem is the product_info.php file. You might try uploading the original file again and see if that helps.

It also happens when customers try to login so I don't think the problem lies with that file alone. Thanks for the assist though. If I can't figure it out soon, I'll be forced to shut it down and build it from the ground up... :(

I FTP the file down, edit with whatever editor then FTP back up. Somehow I'd changed directories in the FTP window between edits and put the edited file back into the wrong directory. There are two files (each) named product_info.php and login.php, one resides in catalog/ and one in cat/incl/lang/eng/ It's 1:34 am, do you know where your files are? <G> David
lostxpinoy Posted December 4, 2003 Author Posted December 4, 2003 Just checked on the location of both files and they are in the correct place. Even replaced them with the originals to no avail. Just realized something else, I get the same problem when doing work in the admin section as well. Anytime I clock on a button to submit or save any changes I end up at a blank, white screen. When I click on the back button, the changes I've submitted or whatever else I've done is complete.
