is there a way i can create additional fields on the user signup?

 

for example, as well as all the standard options is there a way i can have pet name and pet age or something else even? Any documentation exist on adding custom signup fields?

Would it be possible for you to point it out more specifically for me? I have looked through the wiki, i found the info about disabling the user info fields which is part of admin but not info about creating new fields, sorry.
