Authorize.net

How do I set up the gateway connection to Authorize.net. I know I have to put in my Login ID, my transaction key, and the gateway url, but where do I do this at?

 

Also how do I get my SSL for the checkout page, I am hosting on IPower web

I see talk of charge.com wellsfargo, american express, all being great deals for merchant accounts but when I go to contributions I do not see any of these names.

 

Is it just built into Oscommerce or do we need the payment modules?

 

I am using version 2.2.
