When you add a new product to the site it will give you the URL information in the product info in admin section so if you want to view that product in the site you copy the url from the product info in admin and copy it in to the url header on the site and it comes up for example www.yoursite.co.uk/nero6.php etc. Look forward to your comments Thanks :D
