I'm trying to set up shipping in the following way: East of the Mississippi 1 - free shipping east of the mississippi to a shipping terminal or to a buisness with a loading ramp 2 - $100 delivered to a driveway 3 - $150 unloaded on the driveway West of the mississippi 1 - $150 to a terminal west of the mississippi or quote on an individual basis to a residential property. Can anyone give me some ideas on how to set this up??
