Query on products more than one category

Can anyone please tell me if its possible to have same product for multiple categories . ..If yes..How

After you added your product in admin->catalog->categories/Products,

click on your product and in the right column you will see copy to:

Thanks .... I guess this will insert a new record .. and If I have to modify records ..I have to do this in each category . ,,, anyways for now I can manage with your suggestion .

If you choose "link to" in the copy dialog, it just calls the original product ID for whatever categories, hence only one record needs amending at any time, and all the categories containing it will always have the same info printed.
