Currently, I just take the large image on my hard disk and have OSC upload it when I create the product. So, does OSC try to display that whole big file every time someone looks at the product ? Or does OSC compress the big file for the thumbnails? Or does someone have great advise about how best to optimise image uploads for OSC Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted December 3, 2003 Share Posted December 3, 2003 Yes, OSC just displays the big file smaller, so the viewer has to load the big file each time. I wish someone would set this up to work with ImageMagick so the thumbnail would automatically be created when you upload the large image. Sure would make life easier.
