Godkid Posted December 2, 2003 Posted December 2, 2003 k.. off the bat we need more info... 1 - What version of OsC are you using? 2 - Where does this error occur? In the developemnt environment or the live environment? If its while you're developing and you don't have net access simply connect to the net and try again. 3 - By the way.. how do you know its not sending mails? Is it that you're not recieving them in either the store account or the customer account (OsC sends two e-mails at order) or is it that you're getting an error.. if you're getting an error what is it? If its that you're not receiving mail I'd suggest you check a couple things in your admin... 1 - make sure that you have a valid store address set up 2 - make sure you're using the appropriate "e-mailer" if that yields no results you'll have to delve into code.. or maybe it's sopmething simple.
s7event Posted December 2, 2003 Author Posted December 2, 2003 1 - osCommerce 2.2-MS2 2 - The server has an internet connection 3 - No email is sent to the customer as I have signed up with my email address to test it. Also no email is sent to the store account.
