Need to add new page / content

I need help adding a new page. I want to add a page similar to the shipping and privacy pages. Where only the $content area of the page is different, and everything else is the same. I prefer the link to the new page to be above the $catagoy box, with a stand-alone link.

 

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

catalog/includes/languages/english.php or whatever the lingo is.

Look at the define box code structure in the above english.php or whatever lingo, this will give a starting point. Also if page is similar to shipping or privacy try copying one and renaming then adjust code for new page.

I do not have an english.php file I have and english folder. However, I do not see where to make the changes.

In the languages folder, you have the various language folders, do you have any php files in this folder?

Yes! I have a language folder with several php files. However, non of them are named english.php.
