I currently have my account to change a flat based fee for shipping but this will not work for international customers. I would like to have an option for international shipping at check out is this possible? Use ZONE based shipping - put only ONE zone - your country with only one rate for all wieghts. This will then ONLY be used for your country. Then use your regular shipping module for international rates - you may have to remove your country/states/provinces from the configuration.
