Urgent!!! Why no cart details?

Hi Can anyone help?

 

I have a site up and running, and have just set up Paypal as a method of payment. This seems to be working fine (handling the credit card transaction). However, now a customer has ordered several items online, and the site itself shows no record of the items ordered. I recieved notification from Paypal informing me of money had been transfered to the account, but how can I send the goods if I do not know what he ordered?

 

So my questions are:

 

a) were should the order details be stored? at Paypal or back end of the site?

 

B) I recieved no notification of the order, only Paypal informed me of money in the account, what have I set up wrong?

 

c) Is there anyway of finding out the order details apart from contacting the customer?

It is because the customers does not click continue when finish payment at PayPal to come back to your site.

Install the Paypal ipn contribution PayPal IPN and you will receive orders as soon as customers goes to PayPal
