any body knows why?

what is the porouse of osCAdminID

how can i get rid of it or how can i change '?' to '&'

 

( i tryed to fix functions/html_output.php with

$link = str_replace ( '?osCAdminID=' , '&osCAdminID=' , $link );

but it did not help )
