Need help configuring taxes

I have just downloaded the software and am trying to set up an online store.

 

Everything is working perfectly EXCEPT, I can't for the life of me figure out how to configure the taxes.

 

I am in Texas, USA, and need to set up the taxes to charge 8.25% if the customer lives in Texas, and 0% if they live anywhere else.

 

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Go to your admin screen and go to locations taxes/tax zones and edit florida to texas and change percentage.

Then make sure you have taxable goods set in tax classes and when adding products remember to change to taxable goods
