Will the 2.2-CVS add ons work on my version 2.2 MS2? And another thing: Can somebody please explain what is the difference between 2.2-CVS and 2.2 MS2? If I understand correctly 2.2 MS2 is the 2.2-CVS of a particular date. MS is fixed and 2.2-CVS will keep on developing. Right?
Guest Posted November 29, 2003 Posted November 29, 2003 Version info in contributions is essentially useless. Basically, the 2.2 CVS means that it is not the older 2.1. Both MS2 and MS1 are examples of 2.2 CVS versions. Look in the contribution description to see if it has been updated to work with MS2. Otherwise, the only way to check is to try to install the contribution (or search the forums to see if anyone else has had issues). Hth, Matt
