coremaster Posted November 29, 2003 Posted November 29, 2003 Does anyone out there know of a program and when doing a batch resize of images will also resize the canvas size so the photos look good in OSC. I install automatic Thumbnail creator and it works great but my photos still look a little messed up as they are not the full 100X100 so the text is not in the right places. This would be of a big help as I will be adding about 2000 more items to my store and I really think that if I have to do them all by hand will will go crazy  Thank you..
Guest Posted November 29, 2003 Posted November 29, 2003 I'm pretty sure that there is a contribution that uses one of the basic image libraries for this. Called something like Image Resize. Hth, Matt

Still looking
Guest Posted June 22, 2005 Posted June 22, 2005 Irfanview - http://www.irfanview.com/ - and its free. Does Batch resize (proprtionate or disproportionate) and image optimization (I use 70% when saving jpg files)
jonny1968 Posted September 8, 2005 Posted September 8, 2005 Photoshop would be my choice. It has an actions pallette which will allow you to do batch processing.

I also use a contrib that uses seperate images, your thumbnails (created in photoshop), and your full size images you place in a folder, called "Large". The biggies only get called when some wants to see it. That may be off subject... hahahaha
