configure.php not recognizing changes

Hey guys,

 

I keep editing configure.php to make changes such as the location of my ssl server, store sessions in the database etc...... and for some reason the changes are not being applied somehow.

 

I did verify that on my server the configure.php does have the values I have made changes to so I don't know why it's not working.

 

Anyone have an idea?

Well, since no one replied I figured it out myself.

 

I realize I was editing the wrong file........

 

/catalog/admin/includes/configure.php

 

btw, what does that file do anyway?

 

 

For anyone else having issues like me remember to edit

 

/catalog/includes/configure.php <- that is the correct one

 

Thanks to STS....if I didn't install it I wouldn't have realized my problem/mistake.
