problem after restoring database from older ver.

I restored database for my store in a new host running the latest version of Oscommerce. However, I got errors at first because paysystems module was not installed in the new host, which I later installed. But I am getting the following error when I trying to finish checkout. Any hints to solve the problem will be greatly appreciated. Is it because of the paysystems module, or the version conflict?
