I had a customer place an order to pay by cheque late on Wednesday. His cheque came today and he had a put a note in saying WorldPay had been down when he tried to pay by cc. His was the last order I have received. I have emailed WorldPay to try and find out what's going on but so far they have not replied. Is anyone else having any problems?? burt Posted November 28, 2003 Share Posted November 28, 2003 I have just had a customer email me to say that Worldpay crashed whilst he was paying (happened this morning about 10am). Order does not show n Admin, but my customer did get an email for the order from Worldpay. That doesn't help you, but it does mean there could be something wrong at Worldpay.
