index.php loads once - then nothing

Okay, so I installed osCommerce tonight on a GoDaddy server. Install went well, but now it has issues. Index.php will load once - after that I can't reload or it's just a blank page. After closing out Internet Explorer and running again it loads once - but only once. All links from index.php come up as blank pages. I can also load the admin screen once - but only once. Again, all links come up as blank pages.

 

This seems like a configure.php problem, but I can't figure out what the issue is. Check out the contents of the file below:

i see a problem with these two lines...or at least i believe it to be one...

 

 

if anything make sure that both links are pointing to the same location...
