Adding a feature to a contrib and need some help

I have added the contrib Shipping Privacy Conditions and it works great. I decided I would add a fourth field - Statement of Faith as we are a Christian business - (Once I figure it out, I will place it in the contribs for all to use as an update)

 

Anyway the contrib takes your shipping, conditions of use and privacy statements and stores them in the database - I have got the database, entry and display pages working great.

 

Where the fault comes in is in the actual Information box on the catalog and the new info field added to the admin panel.

 

I can not get th addtional field to display without a parse error. I have essentiall duplicated the line above used for the conditions pages as all three lines are the same, but when I do this and save, I get a parse error when I try to run it.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
