Unable to connect - just stopped working

My shop has just stopped working. I had been working on the same hosting, but a different table, and for some reason it seems to have stopped my shop from working.

 

This is the error I get - please can anyone tell me where I need to go and what to change to fix it.

Hi

 

The fault will be with your database so contact whoever hosts it and ask them why you are being refused a connection, can also be that if you use shared hosting there may only be so many connections availble at any one time.
