juworld Posted November 27, 2003 Posted November 27, 2003 hey, when i look at the admin->customers->orders... i didn't see any orders even tho i have made 20 orders already... im looking over the order table and or some reason my order_status field are all filled with 0 (zeros). and on the order_status table, i have three statuses... and the ids are 1, 2, 3 (but no zeros)... can anyone tell me why? justin
Guest Posted November 27, 2003 Posted November 27, 2003 Hi, I'm having the same problem. If I make an order on the catalog site, nothing is inserted into the orders table. Is there somewhere in the code where I have to switch an "accept payment"-type flag on or off?? The customers are taken to a SecPay page to enter in credit card details. But once that's submitted, no confirmation email is sent and nothing is inserted into the database. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Sharen.
