Need help with Easy Populate and Customizing

Greetings to everyone on these forums. I'm from www.moviemylars.com and I need to have a way to upload many products at once. I've tried Easy Populate, but I'm running into a lot of errors. It just doesn't seem to want to work.

 

From looking around here, I've seen that there are a lot of cool things that can be done. This is getting to be a busy time of year for me, and I can't risk having much down time while I fiddle with new features. I would love for someone who has done other installations and customizations to take ahold of my site and really tweak it out right.
