syscon
Very strange printing problem with Mozilla and OSC I received today and order from a customer and as usual I've tried to print it. The only thing that appear on the page are the top and bottom headings, everything else disappeared (all customer details, items he ordered etc.) is blank. I have tried to trace the problem and it appear to me it is related to Mozilla browser the email address and some contents of the page, but I can not crack it, what exactly causing the information to disappear!? The same is happening when I try to print to PostScript file, the page is black except the header and footer. If I change or alter significantly the email address on customer order it prints fine. For example if I add many extra letters to the email address it prints OK. I the email address is very short or empty the same is happening, empty page is printed to printer or PostScript file. If I go to any other order and try to print the order with short email address or without email at all, it prints just fine. It is just that one order that is effected, it seems to me combination of email address and some other characters from the order but I don't know what. I don't see any strange characters that would cause this phenomena. The page pring fine with Konqueror but not Mozilla. -- Joseph  #Joseph
