Changing display in center of screen

I would like to take the "New Products" box that is displayed in the center and make it a smaller box that is located on the right or left of the screen with just a simply clickable link, then place "Specials" in the center.

 

Are there any exisitng mods that do this sort of thing or is it something I can do with OSC on its own that I have over looked?
