Installation problem

Installation stops always at step 7 :

The configuration files do not exist, or permission levels are not set.

Please perform the following actions:

cd /home/httpd/vhosts/--URL--/httpdocs/test/catalog/includes/

touch configure.php

chmod 706 configure.php

Configure.php have been set at 706 and 777. No difference.
