vdospec Posted November 22, 2003 Posted November 22, 2003 IS THERE ANY WORKING CONTRIBUTION THAT USES AUTHORIZE.NET WITH THE CVV FUNCTION AND MS2? -MIKE- Michael Walker
pianowoman Posted November 23, 2003 Posted November 23, 2003 Have you found a solution yet? I, too, would like to add CVV with my Authorize.net and MS2. Thanks!
ledrobster Posted December 17, 2003 Posted December 17, 2003 Has this been answered on another thread? I too am looking for it.
lvservu Posted December 18, 2003 Posted December 18, 2003 Hi, I used autorized.net consolodated v1.3 from contributions, works great. Lots of windows experience but no open bsd, or php, but just by using contributions area, it has taken all of 4 days to go from nothing to live, and I have no experience with shopping carts either. So use the hell out of those contributions and pay attention to what those who know what they are actually talking about write in here and it will be very smooth sailing.
ledrobster Posted December 23, 2003 Posted December 23, 2003 Thanks for the input, I tried it and got what I wanted. I have yet to test out the whole authorize.net module, I'm still looking around on the forum for the best way to set it up.
ledrobster Posted December 23, 2003 Posted December 23, 2003 Could someone please point me to the correct thread (if any) on getting the last 4 digits displayed and sent on e-mail. I'm having the first 4 digits and last 4 digits displayed at the order confirm page and none of the digits sent to the e-mail. Please advice, I'm currently using the Authorizenet Consolidated v1.3 module. Thank You.
ledrobster Posted December 23, 2003 Posted December 23, 2003 Or is that generally considered a bad design? =|
Tuan Le Posted January 6, 2004 Posted January 6, 2004 Hi, I used autorized.net consolodated v1.3 from contributions, works great. Are you running it on Windows 2003? I am having hard time getting it to work on Windows 2003. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Austin519 Posted March 1, 2004 Posted March 1, 2004 Very delayed response but better late than never. For those using or wanting to use Authorize.net Consolidated please go to the main thread here: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=54791 I have just updated the contrib to 1.4 with a LOT of revisions, and added functionality. I would appreciate feedback and responses there rather than in spread out threads so I can reply to everyone and update the code. Now as for some replies... ledrobster: Considering that the CVV code is supposed to prove that the persona physically has the card, yes, it's a bad design. And no, I will never implement it :). Plus it sounds like you're using the regular email-you-the-cc-number module...also an absolutely horrible design and very easy for someone to compromise. lvservu: Wow, it's great to hear stuff like that. Very good feedback :) Austin519
