I am probably overlooking something very simple, but I have had a long night and need some help!! :( oscommerce uploaded to host. I am now having trouble connecting to the database this is the eroor message I am getting when i type in my web address for the shop Warning: Unknown MySQL Server Host 'db235.oneandone.co.uk ' (2) in /homepages/23/d85309629/htdocs/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Unknown MySQL Server Host 'db235.oneandone.co.uk ' (2) in /homepages/23/d85309629/htdocs/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong. I need my bed :unsure:
galen Posted November 21, 2003 Posted November 21, 2003 If that address actaully exists.. from what i'm seeing there "might" be a space at the end.. which shouldn't be there.. this could be causing the problem. All the error message is saying is that it can't connect to a mysql server at that address. Can you connect to the mysql without oscommerce at that address? Galen
