Trouble with "Payment without Account"

For some reason I cant get this install to work. I think it may have to do with this in the instructions

OPEN AND MAKE CHANGES IN THIS FILE:  /catalog/includes/filenames.php

I dont have the file: filenames.php in my store/server. When i follow the directions I get a "dnserror" "page not found" when trying to skip account registration.

 

any help or suggestions would be helpful.
