top categories in manufacturers drop-down list

Hi,

 

If you use the manufacturers drop-down list and select a manufacturer it lists the products for that manufacturer. It also has a drop-down list that allows you to select individual categories.

 

Is there a way to list all categories, or only show the two top-level categories? In some cases I have 3 or 4 sub-catagories.

 

If I have for example the following structure:

 

Movies - Warner - Action - Recent

 

The drop-down list only shows Action & Recent. I really want it to only show Movies, Warner (or just show them all).

 

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
