Cannot Delete Customer using Admin

Environment:

 

OSC 2.2 MS1

Several Mods including discount levels

Windows 2000 and IIS

PHP 4.3.4

MySQL 4.0.13

 

For some reason whenever I try to delete a customer record using the admin interface, it does not delete. I have looked at the customers.php file and it looks like it just selects the record using the customer ID and does a blanket delete.

 

Is there any way to log the SQL requests that go to the database? Is there any deubugging switches that can enabled to see what, if any, errors are being generated?
