PSD Template integration

Hi,

 

I have just set up my first oscommerce store and have also just acquired a psd template.

 

How do I integrate this into the existing oscommerce template?

What files do I need to change?

Is it easy?

 

I have seen a few on the web and they look very professional and slick when they incorporate the adobe photoshop templates.
