Please help with memu

Hi there:

 

My categories menu on the left panel get changes [becomes bold and black]when I click any category to browse. Instead get bold I want to use an arrow[gif images] whenever any category and subcategory selected.

 

or at least it get changed to another color to distinguished from other items in the menu.

 

 

Could you please tell me how can I do that?

 

Any help is highly appreciated.

Have you looked at the contribution called Category Box Enhancement? It's up to version 1.1 now...I think. That will get you started.
